I was looking for a place that is central, clean and won’t break the bank definitely found the place that ticked all 3 and more would recommend. The location was the best restaurants around the corner 10min walk to rundle mall. The staff are great was always greeted with a smile and the room I had was huge.

Well located, friendly staff and easy stay. Rooms are clean and had all we needed. Comfortable room with black out curtains. Breakfast is available, but we didn’t access it. Parking timed parking on the street, you’ll need to park elsewhere. Close to cafes and an 8 min walk to the CBD.

The hotel is very well located close to Hutt Street, a funky eat-street. Rooms are spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, good bathroom products. Access to a communal kitchen or continental breakfast. Overall, this is good value.

The building itself is wonderful and the location to all the facilities in the city is quite close and the service was professional and courteous. The fragrance in the corridor leading out to the hotel sets the mood for the day. Lovely and warm. Will return.

Everything was fine and being walking distance to Rundle Mall and Hutt St was great. Recommend it! Only downside was the size of the shower and lack of control of the shower rose! Next time will take advantage of the communal kitchen which is a great additional facility.

A great place to stay, 2 floors include a communal kitchen and outdoor areas for those wishing to provide own meals and or socialize with friends. Vale for money breakfast available onsite and rooms are comfortable and clean. It is value for money, and we will be returning.

What a most pleasant surprise it was to have the pleasure of staying at the Adabco Boutique Hotel in Adelaide recently. It was an exceptional customer experience from the time of booking to the time of checkout. The staff were most pleasant and willing to assist me with any enquires or needs I may have had. The rooms were comfortable and well laid out and breakfast more than met my requirements. I will stay here again on future city trips.
