Payment of any outstanding balance is made upon check out. You will be asked for a pre authorisation hold amount upon check in to cover any incidentals and hold the reservation amount. Unless agreed otherwise on the terms and conditions of the applicable booking.
Parking is available at a nearby off-site car park, CarePark, for a fee of $18 per 24 hours. This fee covers one entry and one exit. The car park is approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
On-street parking is also available, but it is governed by the local council. Parking meters require payment for 2-hour periods.
Please note that the hotel does not offer valet parking.
You can request a late check out on arrival or during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes, if at check in your room is not ready or after you need to store your bags after checkout, we will kindly store them(free of charge)
