Payment of any outstanding balance is made upon check out. You will be asked for a pre authorisation hold amount upon check in to cover any incidentals and hold the reservation amount. Unless agreed otherwise on the terms and conditions of the applicable booking.
We do not have off-street parking at the hotel, however most of our guests find it convenient to park directly out the front of the hotel on Wakefield Street. Street parking is regulated by the Council and metered between 8am and 6pm on Monday to Friday, and 8am to midday on Saturday. Outside of these times parking is free and there are no time limits. Tickets are available from the parking meter for a maximum of two hours. The hotel can also offer a pre-paid ticket for the mornings so you can take advantage of our 10am check out time and enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Tickets are available for purchase from the Reception and are valid for either one or two hours. Alternatively, 24-hour, secure undercover parking is available at the Roper Street Carepark, located at 15 Roper Street, just off Wakefield Street and a short walk from the hotel. Access is between 6am and midnight and tickets are available from our Reception team for a special rate to our guests of $18 for 24 hours. Only one entry and one exit permitted.
You can request a late check out on arrival or during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes, if at check in your room is not ready or after you need to store your bags after checkout, we will kindly store them(free of charge)
